The substrate is aluminum nitride ceramic, and PVD technology is used to achieve layer by layer accumulation of materials with different properties through special technical means. It is reported that PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is an advanced surface treatment technology widely used internationally. Its working principle is to use gas discharge under vacuum conditions to partially ionize the gas or evaporated substance, and deposit the evaporated substance or its reactants on the substrate while being bombarded by gas ions or evaporated substance ions.
PGT was established in August 2021 and settled in Songshan Lake International Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community in January of this year. At the same time, the company is vigorously promoting the installation of new equipment and factories, with a cumulative investment of 20 million yuan. According to the plan, the cumulative investment amount in 2022 will reach 50 million yuan, which will be used for research and development as well as production.

In the current era of domestic substitution, the company will form a rapidly rising development trend in the next few years.
