Shenzhen factory is the production line of ceramic heat dissipation packaging base with the largest production capacity in China, with a production capacity of up to 5 million pieces per month this year. The Songshan Lake factory has successfully established a COS packaging laboratory and introduced AOI testing capacity.

On January 3, 2024, the chip submount factory of PGT completed in Jiangbi Environmental Protection Technology Innovation Industrial Park, Songgang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen. After its full completion, the monthly output value will reach 5 million pieces, which will not only become the largest laser submount factory in China, but also the world's largest modern factory in the segmentation of chip submount.
