On the morning of August 18th, Dongguan Pepper Gray Technology (PGT) reached a milestone moment. PGT Songshan Lake Thin Film Laboratory was officially unveiled, opening a new chapter in technology. The Executive Vice President of PGT/CTO Steel presided over the unveiling ceremony and delivered a speech, and all employees witnessed it both online and offline.

The core equipment of Songshan Lake Thin Film Laboratory has been in place and debugged, indicating that PGT has the independent research and development capability of thin film technology and the ability to produce products throughout the entire process. It will completely get rid of the dilemma of relying on outsourced resources for key equipment and greatly accelerate the iteration speed of research and development.

At present, Songshan Lake Thin Film Laboratory has entered the stage of small-scale trial production, and together with Chashan Laboratory, it has put into operation and established mass production capacity, sending out the third batch of customer samples. Through the joint efforts of two laboratories, we focus on key core technology areas, enhance the transformation of product achievements, and jointly promote breakthroughs and applications of new technologies and solutions, forming an efficient two-way cycle from technology research and development to product implementation.
